As the social media agency for NAMCO Funscape UK, part of the global BANDAI NAMCO family, we were tasked with driving reach, engagement and most importantly online bookings for Namco's arcade and bowling venues across the UK.
Solution
We designed a social media strategy and mapped out an A/B testing plan for paid media spend, which enabled us to understand the optimal combination of advertising elements for each location, including:
Creative format, placement, targeting, messaging, call to action, destination URL.
As we collected data we baked new insights into the campaign strategy. We launched 1,275 different ads in 2022, achieving 19 million impressions and an average return on ad spend of 6.5X across all locations.
