The Client

Enviroclothes believes that unwanted clothing deserves a second chance at life. The North East company pays for unwanted items by the kilogram and redistributes them around the world to second-hand marketplaces. Enviroclothes tasked Bumbl with developing a marketing strategy that would build its presence in the region and increase new customer growth.

The Challenge

With fast fashion fast becoming a problem for our planet, Enviroclothes set out to change consumer attitudes towards clothing waste. The key challenge would be to educate people about the environmental impact of throwing unwanted clothing away, and persuade them to use Enviroclothes to declutter their wardrobes.

The Solution

After identifying four key consumer segments to target, we created tailored content across Facebook, Instagram and Twitter to drive awareness and action. We leveraged Facebook Messenger Ads and setup automations to drive, and seamlessly manage, collection bookings. Email marketing was also used to reactivate past customers.

The Results

“Forward thinking, efficient and a highly motivated team, Bumbl have become a valued asset to our business, providing us with invaluable marketing strategies allowing us to further our reach across the North East.”
